Wisconsin Facility


The Wisconsin Plant Processes 900,000 lbs. of milk per day into mozzarella, provolone, and whey products. Originally built in the 1960’s, the plant has undergone numerous “makeovers” to keep up with growth and technology.



New Mexico Facility


Built in 1995, the New Mexico plant is a state of the art facility that processes 1,700,000 lbs. of milk per day into mozzarella, provolone, and whey products.



Shredding Facility


With the increasing popularity of shredded cheese, in 2000 the New Mexico plant expanded with a 25,600 square foot state of the art shredding facility capable of shredded, diced, or grated cheeses. With its own built in cold storage all cheese is properly aged before being shredded.
