The brothers expanded their cheese making operations by purchasing Indianhead Dairy in Dresser, Wisconsin which they renamed F&A Dairy Products, Inc. In 1974 Belle Cheese merged into F&A. Cheese production subsequently centralized at the Dresser plant following the expansion and modernization of that plant. Today the Dresser, Wisconsin plant manufactures 900,000 pounds of milk per day into mozzarella and provolone cheese.
F&A expanded production in 1995 with the construction of a new cheese facility in Las Cruces, New Mexico. The Las Cruces plant also manufactures mozzarella and provolone cheese utilizing 1,700,000 pounds of milk per day. Shredded, diced and grated cheeses are also available from the Las Cruces plant.
The tradition of quality and excellence that began with Frank and Angelo remains alive today, and will always be a trademark of F&A Dairy.
